No, I haven't seen any official SWA announcement regarding the raffle date. Based on the mechanics, it should be held within two weeks from January 31, 2014.

No, I haven't received feedback from Francis Chaves regarding who will shoulder the taxes (winner or SWA Corp?).
Am now waiting for February 14, 2014...
