Here's what to do if ever you forget your SWA Ultimate login password...
First of all, do NOT click on the "Forgot Password" button, because that will automatically change your password without informing you what the new password is.
Instead, please communicate directly with the SWA Admins via http://support.mysupreme.biz (SWA Customer Happiness Portal)
They will ask you to verify your identity before they reset your SWA login password.
If you don't receive their response via email, please log into the SWA Customer Happiness Portal and check if your Customer Support Ticket has been updated.
After you read the Password Reset instructions, please log into your SWA Ultimate backoffice online, then change your password to something more memorable for you (but hard for others to guess).
In addition, please use Mozilla Firefox (http://GetFirefox.com) because this will help you easily login.
I've heard of some folks who tried to login using their cellphones, so please consider using a laptop and the Firefox browser.
