Here's the September 2014 review of SWA Ultimate, based on feedback that we've received from friends.
In the area of SWA Account Activation (Payin Processing), there were reportedly cases where activation took longer than two (2) business days.
In Payout Request Fulfillment, there was a case where the request was made on August 11, 2014 and when a follow-up was made on September 4 (because the promised target was 15 banking days), the SWA Administrator requested for a scanned valid ID for verification purposes only.
The question is: Why wasn't the request for the scanned ID made earlier?
The new SWA Ultimate system instituted SWA PIN codes to help address the security issue of Payouts. And even after complying with all of those security requirements, here comes yet another requirement.
Just the same, we are waiting for the time SWA Philippines, Inc or SWAPI COO/CFO Jun Santillana will help make the dream of faster payouts a reality. This will help tie in with the vision of SWAPI CEO Francis Chaves of helping uplift the lives of people.
On the ebook front, there continue to be missing ebooks (broken download links). Nevertheless, we will continue to follow-up with the SWAPI IT Team. In the interim, we will continue to work with what we have (e.g., read the available ebooks).
For now, SWA is for people who like to read or use PLR / MRR ebooks, or who are very patient when it comes to waiting for Payin Activations or Payout Request Fulfillment.
